Effective October 12, 2026. This site is run by Lewis Broome in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. It covers lewisbroome.com, the gadget pages under /az, and the Broome CRM at broome-crm.vercel.app, which only Lewis and his team can sign in to.
When you submit a form on this site you may provide your name, company, email address, phone number, a pickup and delivery city, and whatever you write in the message. Lewis uses it to reply, quote, or arrange the freight or demo you asked about, and keeps it in the Broome CRM for that relationship. It is not used for any other purpose and is not shared except with the carriers, brokers, or service providers needed to do the work you requested, or when the law requires it. Ask at any time to see or delete what is held about you (see Contact).
The pages under /az (the store, the hurricane kit, the DJI page) send small anonymous events to the Broome CRM: that a page was opened, which product cards scrolled into view, which Buy button was tapped, an Amazon search term typed into the search box, a demo request, a video play, how far down the page you read, and how long you stayed. If you arrived from one of Lewis's YouTube videos, the link carries a short code so he knows which video sent you.
What is not collected: your IP address is never stored. The only visitor identifier is a one-way hash that changes every day, good only for counting distinct people for that day and useless for recognising anyone. No names, emails, or account identifiers are attached to these events. Approximate city and region come from the hosting provider's edge network and are used only in aggregate.
The pages use the browser's local storage to remember that you have visited before and which video sent you. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
The site also uses Vercel Web Analytics, which is cookie-free and does not track people across sites.
As an Amazon Associate, Lewis Broome earns from qualifying purchases. Links to Amazon on the gadget pages carry an affiliate tag. When you click one, Amazon's own privacy notice applies on Amazon's site. Amazon reports to Lewis only totals (clicks, items ordered, commission), never who bought what.
The Broome CRM uses YouTube API Services to read statistics for Lewis's own YouTube channel (views, likes, watch time, subscribers) so he can see how his videos perform. It reads only his channel's data after he signs in with his own Google account, and it does not access, store, or share any viewer's data. By using the CRM's YouTube connection, the signed-in channel owner agrees to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The connection can be revoked at any time from Google's security settings; the CRM then holds no YouTube credentials.
Form submissions and the anonymous gadget-page events are stored in the Broome CRM, hosted on Vercel and Supabase in the United States. Form submissions are kept as long as there is a working relationship or a legal reason to keep them. Anonymous events are kept to build the trends Lewis looks at; they contain nothing that identifies a person.
This site is for adults arranging freight or buying gadgets. It is not directed at children under 13 and knowingly collects nothing from them.
